Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end certification projects, including initial client consultations, document review, audit scheduling, and certification issuance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the certification process, providing guidance, support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and certification requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule certification audits with clients and external auditors, ensuring adherence to established timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline certification processes, optimize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to certification projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
